Aliquippa, PA, May 3, 2018 – FCICA, the Flooring Contractors Association, in partnership with ARDEX Americas and nora systems, Inc. announced the 2018 1st quarter recipient of the Bruce Newbrough Memorial Certified Installation Manager Program (CIM) Scholarship. The winner, Michael Lancaster, works for Master Craft Flooring in Richmond Hill, Georgia.
Lancaster is looking forward to the possibilities that this scholarship opens for him.

Bruce Newbrough, a former ARDEX Director of Technical Services and later Applications Development with a passion for advancing the flooring industry with education, was the inspiration for the eponymous scholarship. The award covers the costs associated with the entire Certified Installation Manager (CIM) program, including application, content and assessment fees.
